Added "End-Combo Actions" in the Combat & Fixed highPing alarm

New FeatureBug Fix

The "Statistics Interval" will now reset and start from zero when you press Alt + H (hotkey to reset HUD and Statistics).
Pressing Alt + H to reset Statistics and HUD will now also trigger the process of reloading the Alt + I config.
Added "End-Combo Actions" in the Combat tab — open the advanced section and read the description to understand it better.
Fixed highPing alarm, now it shows just integer numbers.
